I'm running a 5K in 19 days. I've never run a consecutive three miles before...so this is a tough one. I've set up a schedule so hopefully I'll be able to manage the distance, my iPod has a good mix in an attempt to keep me motivated, and I'm trying to drink a lot of water.
With a bit of focus and something of a miracle, perhaps I'll be in shape to run the whole thing. In the meanwhile, I found this quote to be endearing:
